Shipping Policy
At qenvo, we work to process, pack, and ship every order carefully. Please review our shipping timelines and delivery information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
Delivery Time
After processing, delivery usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery address, carrier availability, and local conditions within the United States.
Shipping Area
We currently ship from the United States to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS. The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, package size, and carrier availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately at contact@qenvo.store. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, please contact us so we can review the situation and provide the next available options according to our store policies.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@qenvo.store. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Some orders may be processed, packed, or fulfilled using third-party suppliers, warehouses, shipping carriers, or logistics partners. However, qenvo remains responsible for customer support, order assistance, returns, and refunds according to our published store policies.
